The Ancient Art of Self Leadership
Out walks a 9' tall, 900lb Sumo wrestler from the door of the lighthouse. This Sumo wrestler represents a very important element in the life changing system.
“Kaizen” is a Japanese word meaning constant and never-ending improvement. By the very nature of his profession, the Sumo wrestler has to practise Kaizen to be successful. If we can practise Kaizen daily in our lives, can you imagine how our fulfilling our lives will be? “Self-mastery is the DNA of Life mastery”. Take time to master your mind, care for the body and nourish the soul. You will develop more richness and vitality in your life. How can a person lead a corporation if he cannot lead himself or how can you possibly do good if you don't even feel good?
You need to build strength of character, develop mental toughness and live with courage. These attributes will lead to a life filled with achievement, satisfaction and inner peace. When you dare to get out of your circle of comfort and explore the unknown, you start to liberate your true potential, this being the first step to self-mastery.
You practise the art of Kaizen by pushing yourself daily. Set aside 1 hour each day for 30 consecutive days and you will continue this practice as you experience positive results. Do the things you fear the most and be the person you dream of being. When you conquer your fears, you conquer your life. Remember fear is merely a mental monster you have created, nothing more than a negative stream of consciousness.
