sedate lifestyle
Avoid too
much oil. Eat garlic daily and peeled almonds. Soak almonds overnight, remove
peels and eat in the mornings. Reduce salt intake.

Diet:
Eat corn and
millet. Lessen rice and wheat
Green, leafy
vegetables and fruit with black seeds. Cabbage, apples, grapes, watermelon,
papaya etc. Avoid cauliflower and all roots , especially potatoes.
Chronic fatigue syndrome
Always feeling tired and having low
energy levels. Good energy is being wasted by entertaining bad thoughts and
improper/indiscriminate use of the senses. Direct these to the Divine by “being
good, seeing good and doing good”. In this way, high energy levels will be
maintained.
