Heart disease – Increased cholesterol and blood pressure
Change your lifestyle – “No hurry”, No worry”, No curry”; reduce stress and enjoy a more sedate lifestyle

Avoid too much oil. Eat garlic daily and peeled almonds. Soak almonds overnight, remove peels and eat in the mornings. Reduce salt intake.

Diabetes

Action in order as listed below:

Proper and rigid diet control

Diet:

Eat corn and millet. Lessen rice and wheat

Green, leafy vegetables and fruit with black seeds. Cabbage, apples, grapes, watermelon, papaya etc. Avoid cauliflower and all roots , especially potatoes.

Chronic fatigue syndrome

Always feeling tired and having low energy levels. Good energy is being wasted by entertaining bad thoughts and improper/indiscriminate use of the senses. Direct these to the Divine by “being good, seeing good and doing good”. In this way, high energy levels will be maintained.
